The End

And just like that, the adventure has come to an end. Writing this last post as I sit on the plane and getting kind of teary. What an unbelievable and unforgettable time I have had – easily the biggest and best adventure of my life. Just wanted to say thanks to everyone who has been following along – either just reading or reading and commenting – it really means a lot to me that you guys are interested and have kept up. I said it before but thanks for making it hard to leave home and easy to feel as if being on the opposite side of the globe wasn’t that far away. And to everyone I have met in Australia – thank you for making it my home away from home and making it just as hard to leave. I know how lucky I am to have met you all. I am proud of all I have accomplished here and am just so happy that I chose Australia. I am so sad to go, but happy to leave with no regrets. Can’t think of a better place for me to have gone to. What a ride. I can say without a doubt that I will be back. Until then …
